Frequently asked questions – and honest answers
1 / Who are the women in your works?
I only paint anonymous people who don't exist. They come from my own designs, which I create specifically for my works. The exception is commissioned work. In that case, of course, the requested woman is depicted.
2 / Can I buy all the artworks in the shop?
No, in the shop you will find a curated selection of my works:
Limited edition prints, original watercolors and my Gallery Bonds.
The large-format unique pieces and commissioned works are available exclusively in the art catalog or by email request to art@annikajuds.de.
3 / How will my order be packaged?
I pack each order myself, securely and with care – including a small personal thank you gift. It brings me joy, and I'm happy to share that joy.
4 / Is the work signed? Is there a certificate?
All originals, prints, gallery bonds and editions are hand-signed by me.
Limited editions are of course numbered.
You will of course receive a certificate with every original and special edition – for your records or simply because it's nice.
5 / Can I get a dedication?
Gladly.
If you would like to give the artwork as a gift or include a personal dedication, simply write me a short note in the comment field during the purchase process.
6 / How long does shipping take?
I usually ship within 2-4 working days.
If it's urgent, let me know – I'll do my best.
7 / Where do you ship to?
I ship free of charge throughout Germany.
International shipping is available for an additional fee. If your desired country is not listed, please send me a message and we'll find a solution.
8 / Can I return a piece of work?
Of course – you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
But honestly, that's never happened before. 😊
If you're unsure, write to me beforehand – I'm happy to advise you.
9 / Are gift vouchers available?
Yes, they are available – digitally or as a high-quality printed card by post.
You can find all the information in the catalog or contact me directly upon request.
10 / How does a commissioned work process work?
I love commissioned work – it's special.
If you'd like a custom portrait or a specific format, you can find more information in the commissions section . Or you can send me a message directly – we can discuss everything at your leisure.
